Dayla is an Austin native, born and raised by a family with deep roots here. Dayla’s grandfather was active in the restaurant business and opened the now famous Continental Club in South Austin. Dayla believes watching her grandfather market and grow his business was the spark that got her interested in the service industry. Following in his footsteps, Dayla opened two of her own restaurant/bars before she was 26 years old. Shortly after both entities were profitable and on their way, Dayla got married and chose to begin a family. Having a child would necessitate a less demanding profession, yet one in which service was still an integral part of the job; after all, that is where her strengths were. Dayla made the industry leap into real estate, as she was already familiar with it since much of her family had been very successful agents and investors all her life.

Dayla chose real estate in order to get better control of her work-home balance and it has paid off. The evidence of that is that she now has a very successful real estate practice and is able to be a wonderful mother to her (now) two daughters at the same time. The foundation of her business is built from personal referrals, exceptionally loyal clientele and repeat business. Dayla prides herself on that because it only comes from truly being passionate about the needs and goals of her clients. She epitomizes integrity, commitment, honesty and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Dayla uses her foresight and experience to proactively address details before they become a problem. She has worked every aspect of the industry, representing both buyers, sellers, investors and banks in the residential market. From cutting edge marketing strategies, savvy negotiations and uncompromising integrity, Dayla will see to it that your real estate goals are met and treat you like family while doing it.

Dayla is a God loving and a mother first and foremost. In her free time she enjoys being with her family and friends, boating on our beautiful lakes and traveling. Dayla is a true Austinite that dearly loves the city and has a great passion for helping it and its people. She is very active in volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army and also makes charitable donations to numerous other organizations with every closing.

Dayla would be honored and delighted to help you with buying, selling or investing in real estate.

Victoria was born and raised in Austin. In her teen age years, her family left the big city and opted for a slower pace of life relocating to the town of Hutto where Victoria graduated from Hutto High School. After high school, she volunteed to work at the Austin Children’s Center where she counseled and interacted with children awaiting placement in Foster Homes. She also assisted the Church Leaders of her parish in assisting them by supporting their Prison Ministry. She found inspiration and worth in seeing the actual impact working with young women had on their lives as well as her own.

Victoria was later offered a position as a Trade Show Coordinator for a major pharmaceutical company. She developed and applied her, “people skills” and enjoyed the responsibility she was given to produce a positive and enjoyable experience for the professionals in the business as well as the prospective customers. When she left, it was to get into a steadier line of work and was soon working in the Accounting Department of a Home Renovation Company.

Victoria was soon married and beginning her own family. During that time, she was introduced to the Agape Resource Center for Women; a non-profit organization that assists and supports young expectant mothers. Again, Victoria developed a deeper perspective of life and responsibility. She enjoyed the interaction with her peers and looked forward to the wonder of parenthood. Time does seem to go by quickly, and she has now been married for 10 years and has two beautiful children; Jisellia, age 9 and Jordan age 3. Jisellia is actively involved in learning gymnastics and loves playing volleyball. Jordan is still in the early stages of his own personal journey of development.

During her own families search for a home to purchase, Victoria became interested in the process of family relocation, the joy of finding a home as well as the process. She enrolled in the Austin Real Estate Business School and prepared for and passed the rigid Texas Licensure Examination in order to become a licensed REALTOR®. She chose to work for a small independent, but fast growing company that provides great support to the agents and their clients; 3 Creeks Real Estate.
